I don’t like to put my credit card information on-line? Is it safe?

Yes. Completely safe. We make sure by working exclusively with Pay Pal, one of the largest and most trusted companies on the internet. When you click on the order button, you are taken to their secure website where all you information is encrypted. We chose Pay Pal because of their high security rating and their ability to accept multiple forms of payment.

How else can I pay if I don’t want to use Pay Pal?

You can call our toll-free number 1-866-569-3482 and order your program over the phone. Or you can send a check or money order to the address below. There are no shipping charges since the e-book will be delivered to you electronically. If you do order via mail and live in the state of Florida, you will have to pay an additional $1.62 in sales tax. Your charge will show up under the business name EmeraldMark.

How do I access my ebook, workbooks and special reports once I pay?

After you purchase your program, you will be sent to a confirmation page. Your password will be e-mailed to you once the payment has been verified. You can then use that password to access the e-book through the confirmation page.

What format does the program come in?

We have formatted the entire program as a PDF file. All you need to be able to access this format is Adobe Reader. If you do not have it, you can download it for free from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
